Exciting news! New Project in Rotterdam
NEW PROJECT! We are happy to announce that VORM and AMVEST invited De Urbanisten to make the landscape design for De Kaai (formerly known as 'de margarinefabriek or Unileverterrein'). The area will be redeveloped into a dense neighborhood at the waterfront of Feijenoord. The quays will finally be accessible for all Rotterdammers. The rich history of the factory will be an important element of the identity of De Kaai.
